Washington

No regulations regarding feline hybrids can be found. However, it is important to check with your state and local governments prior to acquiring a hybrid cat.

All generations of hybrids are illegal in Seattle, WA
Seattle Municipal Code 9.25.020 – M; and 0.25.053: http://clerk.seattle.gov/~scripts/nph-brs.exe?d=CBOR&s1=121178.ordn.&Sect6=HITOFF&l=20&p=1&u=/~public/cbor2.htm&r=1&f=G

All generations of canine hybrids are illegal in King County: http://www.kingcounty.gov/council/legislation/kc_code/14_Title_11.aspx
11.28.020  Definitions.  The definitions in this section apply throughout this chapter unless the context clearly requires otherwise.
        C-5.  Nondomesticated species of canines and their hybrids, including wolf and coyote hybrids;

In addition, from Tim Anderson of the King County Animal Control specifically addresses Savannah ownership:

While some federal and state agencies consider a Savannah to be a hybrid, obviously no agency considered it to be wild. Under King County Code 11.28.020 (C) (4) only nondomesticated species of felines would be considered an exotic animal. Unlike canines it does not refer to hybrid felines.
